Terms of Use (draft)

This is a draft. Every item marked REQUIRES_BUSINESS_INPUT needs a decision by the

business owner. Nothing has been invented to fill those gaps. The remaining clauses

describe what the product actually does.

1. What this product does

MOONGSOONG gives work to people and AI workers, records how that work progressed as

evidence, and requires a human decision before risky actions run.

2. Environment

• This release runs on your own computer. Nothing is uploaded to us.
• Measured on Windows. Other operating systems have not been verified.
• AI workers are programs you install and sign into yourself.

3. AI notice

• An AI may read and change files. By default it cannot touch anything outside the

working folder.

• Anything irreversible, production-touching, or privilege-expanding **waits for a human

decision** first.

• "Done" from a worker is a submission, not completion. It must **pass the acceptance

checks** to count as finished.

• Fees for AI usage are between you and that AI vendor. We display usage; we do not bill it.

4. Fees

REQUIRES_BUSINESS_INPUT — price, trial length and scope, automatic conversion to paid,

payment methods, renewal, per-seat pricing.

This product has no payment capability today. We cannot charge you, and we do not.

5. Cancellation and refunds

REQUIRES_BUSINESS_INPUT — withdrawal period, refund conditions, partial refunds, timing.

There is no paid contract today, so there is nothing to cancel or refund. To stop using

the program, uninstall it. Your data stays on your computer.

6. Your responsibilities

• You decide what goes in the working folder. Do not put other people's data there.
• The final judgement on AI output is yours.
• You manage your account and password.

7. Limits of warranty

The product is provided as is. Work records and approval steps exist to reduce

accidents; they do not guarantee that none occur.
