1. People and AI are shown apart

Every work card shows who is doing it — icon and name. AI is never disguised as a person.

2. What an AI worker may do

• Read and change files inside the working folder
• Run declared commands (tests, builds)
• Save how far it got, so another worker can take over if it stops

3. What it may not do alone

A human decision is required first when the action is:

• irreversible
• touching what real users are using
• reaching outside the working folder
• expanding privileges
• costlier than usual
• claimed safe only by the worker itself, without corroboration

4. "Done" is not completion

A submitted result must pass the acceptance checks. Until then the screen says

"handed in — waiting to be checked".

5. Which AI

This product is not tied to one AI vendor. Workers are replaceable parts, and work

continues across a change of worker. The AI connection screen lists what you can connect.

6. What reaches the AI

Your instruction, the files in the working folder, and the resume point. What that program

sends onward is governed by its vendor's policy. You installed and signed into it yourself.

7. Cost

• AI fees are between you and that vendor. We do not bill them.
• The app shows runs, tokens and cost only where measured.
• If a worker does not report cost, we say unknown — we never count it as zero.
• Savings are shown only with evidence (for example, runs resumed instead of redone).

8. Output

Reviewing and using AI output is your decision. This product records what changed, when,

and by whom, to support that decision.
